what kinds of custom artwork and designs do you create?
We create a variety of custom pieces to suit your style and needs. This includes original abstract paintings, hand-drawn digital portraits of people or pets, custom vinyl designs for gifts or decor, and decorative backdrops like greenery walls and balloon arches. Every creation is made with care, creativity, and tailored to your vision.
what is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change! Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made at least 14 days before your event can be adjusted or rescheduled based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is possible. We do our best to be flexible and understanding while still honoring the time and preperation
Can i request last-minute services?
We'll do our best! Last-minute requests depend on availability, so it's always best to contact us early.
How Far in Advance should i book a backdrop?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially weddings and busy seasons. But don't worry if your date is tentative- we can pencil it in and adjust it later!
do you require a deposit?
​Yes! For backdrops, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due the day before your event or delivery.
For custom creations—including vinyl designs and commissioned artwork—full payment is required before production, since each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be reused or refunded. This ensures every creation is crafted with care and attention to your unique vision.
what if something gets damaged during my event?
We understand accidents happen! To help protect both you and our business, we require every client to sign a rental agreement before renting a backdrop. Minor wear is expected, but significant damage or loss may result in a repair or replacement fee.
How do I request a quote?
Simply fill out the Request a Quote form on our Services page. Provide as much detail as you can, and we'll send a personalized quote via email within 24-48 hours.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Setup typically takes 30-90 minutes depending on the complexity of the decor. Teardown is usually quicker, but we'll coordinate with your venue or whoever is in charge of the event to ensure a smooth process.
do you offer packages for multiple creations or designs?
Yes! We offer bundle deals for backdrops when multiple are booked together, making it easier and more affordable to decorate larger spaces or events. We also provide bulk discounts for customers who order multiple custom artwork pieces or vinyl designs. Every order—whether a single creation or a bundle—is fully personalized to your vision, ensuring each piece is unique, meaningful, and crafted with care.
do you offer delivery and setup where i need it?
Yes! Most services include delivery and setup. Travel fees may apply for certain locations- this will be included in your quote.
can i rent your florals?
Absolutely! I'd love to rent my florals for your special day. Pricing depends on your specific needs and the arrangements you're looking for. I'm also continuing to grow my floral inventory, so feel free to reach out with what you have in mind - I'll do my best to make it happen!
can i make changes in my order after booking?
Absolutely! Just let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes depending on timing and availability.
how long can i rent a backdrop?

can i use your designs for non-event purposes?
Absolutely! Our custom artwork, vinyl designs, and decorative backdrops aren’t limited to events. You can commission pieces for your home, office, gifts, or personal projects. Each creation is tailored to your vision, ensuring it’s unique, meaningful, and designed to bring joy—no event required.
