At Kingdom Creations, we understand the importance of clarity. We’ve compiled answers to your most common questions regarding our products, rental services, and events to help you make informed decisions.

What Types of Events do you Decorate for?

We specialize in weddings, birthdays, engagement parties, baby and bridal showers, and special events of all kinds. If you have a unique event in mind, just ask- we love creative challenges!

what is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand plans change! Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made at least 14 days before your event can be adjusted or rescheduled based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is possible. We do our best to be flexible and understanding while still honoring the time and preperation

how long can i rent decor or a backdrop?

Rental times vary depending on your event and setup. Most rentals are for the duration of your event, but extended rental times can be arranged if needed.

How Far in Advance should i book

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially weddings and busy seasons. But don't worry if your date is tentative- we can pencil it in and adjust it later!

do you require a deposit?

Yes- we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking for any service. This allows us to reserve your date and begin preparing your setup. The remaining balance is due the day before the event date.

*Please note: custom creations (like vinyl art or personalized decor pieces) are paid for in full before production begins, since these items are made specifically for you and cannot be reused or refunded.

what if something gets damaged during my event?

We understand accidents happen! To help protect both you and our business, we require every client to sign a rental agreement before using any decor or backdrop. Minor wear is expected, but significant damage or loss may result in a repair or replacement fee.

How do I request a quote?

Simply fill out the Request a Quote form on our Services page. Provide as much detail as you can, and we'll send a personalized quote via email within 24-48 hours.

How long does setup and teardown take?

Setup typically takes 30-90 minutes depending on the complexity of the decor. Teardown is usually quicker, but we'll coordinate with your venue or whoever is in charge of the event to ensure a smooth process.

do you offer packages or custom quotes for multi services?

Yes! Many clients bundle photo backdrops, decor, and custom vinyl for a complete setup. We'll provide a personalized quote based on your needs.

If you know you'll need a backdrop for more than one event, or day, let us know when booking- we offer a discount when you reserve multiple dates at once. It's a great way to save while ensuring your favorite setup is available when you need it!

do you offer delivery and setup where i need it?

Yes! Most services include delivery and setup. Travel fees may apply for certain locations- this will be included in your quote.

can i rent your florals?

Absolutely! I'd love to rent my florals for your special day. Pricing depends on your specific needs and the arrangements you're looking for. I'm also continuing to grow my floral inventory, so feel free to reach out with what you have in mind - I'll do my best to make it happen!

can i make changes in my order after booking?

Absolutely! Just let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes depending on timing and availability.

Can i request last-minute services?

We'll do our best! Last-minute requests depend on availability, so it's always best to contact us early.

do you provide decorations for diy events?

Yes! We can create packages where you pick up the decor and set it up yourself, or we can handle full installation.
